Two devasting wind-fed wildfires have killed at least 16 person in California. Swept through 37,000 acres in the greater Los Angles area, destroying entire communities and more than 12,000structures, at least 15,300 L.A. residents has been under evacuation orderly overnight. Fire-fighters from Mexico also came to help to rescue the wildfires.
